What is the Full Stack Hacker?

What’s up hacker, sudo? I hope you are doing great! I would like to welcome you to this small related space where I share some of my experiences and interests in different areas of software development, welcome to Full Stack Hacker.

I’m Lorival and I created this space to share about what I’ve learned on this journey so far, what I’m learning today and a little bit about how I see the future. I created my first blog in 2008, this one was born in 2016 with the aim of being a weekly video podcast focused on good practices of software development and cloud.

Why this name? “Full Stack” is not just about knowing frontend and backend, but about having a complete view of the technologies and tools that enable building an end-to-end application such as databases, testing, cloud, DevOps and many others. “Hacker” here does not carry the meaning of an intruder or security expert, but rather someone curious, who studies a subject in depth and finds creative shortcuts (hacks) to solve problems or achieve goals. Together, Full Stack Hacker represents this combination: broad knowledge in software development combined with curiosity and creativity to explore, learn, and create innovative solutions.
